All of our steel furniture are made in SPCC cold rolled steel plate to keep the minimum tolerance of each product, use high-quality environmental epoxy resin powder and insist on not using the recycled powder to make sure the flatness and beauty of products.
Our factory has a high degree of automation, we own a lot of advanced equipment to ensure a high-quality product.the flow production line we have can improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost, shorten lead time, also can improve the accuracy and reduce the risk of errors.
The thickness of lockers ranges from 0.4mm to 1.2mm, with our serious quality control, the 0.4mm thickness can bear minimum 45kg each layer.
We have different design for customers from different market: normal edge, slim edge,with or without feet, two-toned color, colorful locker, and small lockers for schools and commercial scenarios.
All lockers are made for knocked down structure which is convenient to transport, the packing volume is only 0.14 cubic meters, 186 pcs for a 20’’container and 470 pcs for a 40 HQ container. Instruction manual will be attached in each carton, guiding video will also be provided.
