Production Process Analyzing-Part One

Product quality relies on the whole production process, here I will introduce ours for you to better understand our product and our factory.

1. Drawing

The first crucial point is drawing. Fubao as a high numerical control factory, lots of work are done by machine, so the correct order becomes the first important step. Our factory has 5 head engineer, and 42 technical engineer who are responsible for different series, their job is to make sure a good start. All customers' drawings will be archived.

2. Cutting & Punching

Traditional cutting machine to cut the material, the error range is 0.5MM, while our factory use laser cutting material and cutting combine punching machine, precision accuracy error is controlled within 0.2mm.

3. Bending

Traditional bends are based on the size of the drawing in Solid Works. The errors are greater. We calculate the different bending factor and cutting size according to different material thickness, and it is closer to actual. After bending out, the gap is less than 0.1mm, and it can be directly taken to the laser welded. And we have different V-grooves (lower dies) to bend different thickness plates.

4. Welding

We have different method of welding for different part.

CNC welding: point side, support chip. The advantages of the above welding are high efficiency and solder joints evenly.

Spot welding: short heating time, heat concentration, but the force is unevenly.

Two welding protection: cabinet frame, corner

Laser welding: main welding angles, increased strength, thin edge welding, and top plates and panels for mobile cabinets.
